Skin Glow Cosmetics – Booking Policy & Terms
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, please read and agree to the following booking terms before securing your appointment:
Booking Deposit
A £10 non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. Bookings are not secured until the deposit has been received.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full upfront for any future bookings.
